Windows 10: huge problem concerning the system restore

Helloyesterday I tried to restore my laptop but it went on stand by during it so when I restarted it, it just doesnt start goes to a blue screen , restart and goes to the troubleshoot screen, tried to reinitialize it using an usb drive with windows 11 on it but its like if they dont recognize any hard drive helppppp

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Missing icons / buttons after System Restore

Hi Terrie,

To address your concern, we suggest that you try to undo the restore or pick another restore point.

Please follow these steps to access system restore:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, and then select Control Panel.
  
• Search Control Panel for Recovery.
  
• Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
