Windows 10: Huge problem with performance on a new windows 11 update

As the title says, i have been facing a huge performance downfall after the KB5034123, problems such as: Extremely low GPU usage only performs on benchmarks, nothing else, stuttering in every type of video player, such as YouTube, Disney+, etc. This is not a hardware issue as i've tested every component except the disk in another PC, i can't uninstall the update via Updates history, nor the wmic method in CMD, for the record, i've ran every type of disk health repair and check command in CMD, and i dont have any restore points, and yes, i've updated to the newest cumulative update but it di

New update huge problem

This new update for Windows 10 cause a huge problem.

It gets installed automatically and when I restart I get the black screen with a message, which has something to do with explorer.exe not responding. I tried alot of suggestion to fix this and eventually had to figure out how to get into Control Panel the
hard way to go to Recovery option and restore to previous update point. As soon as I log in the updates started immediately. Took time to find out info on how to really stop the auto updates and to uninstall this new one. I suggest Microsoft smarten the ****
up NOW and get updates right for all the PCs and remove this new one! I spent too many hours dealing with it the first time and a fair amount of time this second time. I don't appreciate having to install a previous version of Windows 10 and install all my
apps again and set them up with my sign-in info for each one, etc! This is going on with alot of programmers (OS, Games, other programs and even the design of many computers). Why do so many companies have terrible employees that are lazy, uncaring, etc? And
what about all this rush rush rush for new updates on everything. Deadlines are a totally stupid thing for this industry. You rush and get everything wrong. I miss the old days!!!!!!!!

Huge update Jan 11, 2016 causes problems

I suggest you to run the System Maintenance troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All in the top left pane.
• From the list click on System Maintenance and follow the on screen prompts.
