Windows 10: HULU app and login on microsoft edge is not working on windows 10

attempted to login several times to hulu app, repaired it, restarted it, deleted cache, uninstalled it, and still got "Your account does not have access to the Hulu application" there is no link at the bottom of the screen to login and the ellipses at the top right corner do not give a login option. Went to the hulu.com to login and the login screen was a create a new account screen but my email and password auto populated so I just re-entered profile information. still nothing wont go past the loading screen. Only encountering this issues on a windows 10 device

Failed to login into dlink dnr-202l using microsoft edge

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested; but the same issue showed where failed to login with user ID and password; however, the same user ID and password work when using Internet Explorer.

First steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge
• Click more options (...)
• Select "Settings"
• Click button "Choose what to clear" under "Clear browsing data"
• "Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files" are selected.
• Click "Clear" button
• Open new tab by clicking "+" sign
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Second steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge in private mode
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Edge - CBS All Access - Hulu

Intermittently, I have not been able to stream CBS All Access Live TV Streaming and/or Hulu. (The commercials on Hulu will stream, but not the video.) I don't know if it is related to Windows updates or not. Lost Hulu again a couple of days ago. Looked
online for solution: cleared web cache, cookies, etc. Hulu still doesn't work and now I can't even get the login screen for CBS All Access. (And yes, I can get both on Chrome and IE.) I am really loyal to Microsoft, but if I can't come up with a permanent
fix, I think I am done with Edge. Can anyone help??? Please!
