Windows 10: hulu wont open

As of 12-03-18 I can't open Hulu I get dj1 error every time.

Hulu on Dual Monitor Keeps Minimizing

Kindly answer the following questions for us to better understand the issue:

• When did the issue start?
• Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
• Where did you download the Hulu app?
• Does the issue occurs when the Hulu app is on the primary monitor?
• Does the issue also occurs when your secondary monitor is connected to your computer using an HDMI cable?
• What are the apps you're using that automatically minimize the Hulu app?

settings wont open

Please answer the below question to understand the situation better,

• Are you facing this issue on a local account or the Microsoft Account?

Please follow the below steps and check if it works,

• Press “Windows key + I” to open the Settings screen.
  

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Administrator account to check if this helps
