Windows 10: Husband's computer is on my OneDrive. We have 365 family. How can I remove him from my One...

Hi I share 365 with my husband on a family plan but his computer is connected to my OneDrive. How do I get his files and onedrive off of mine and give him his own? Thank you

My husband refurbished one of his old laptops for our son. Afterwards, it has everything that my husband has on his current laptop. How can I remove my husband from this laptop without deleting everything that he has on his other computer? It has my husband and my son listed on Family and Other Users. I'm pretty tech savvy but am stumped by this one.

 

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

 

Several attempts to use link from my husband for Microsoft 365 family.

Unfortunately, my husband set up Microsoft 355 Family after I had already started my own Microsoft 365 trial. I canceled the trial and waited until 30 days over before accepting the family link. He has sent the link numerous times, I have tried to accept and join numerous times. Error messages that the link is not good or something went wrong on every attempt on different days, different times, shutting down computer etc.

I would prefer to join the family account since it is already paid in full. Please help!
