Windows 10: HWID serial number reset

By mistake I change my hwid serial number what should I do know I am scared right know. HP laptop

In any case, HWid is not serial number but a description of that piece of HW, that HWid will be same for all drives from same series, probably in many thousands. It's defining factor for drivers.
There's also serial number of disk written in it's BIOS and is not changeable. Than there is a serial number that windows assigns when formatting disk.

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

The serial number should be on a sticker somewhere on the desktop.

You can also go into the BIOS to find the serial number.
