Windows 10: Hybrid drive becomes unrecognized after attempting to move files

Hello,


The D: drive on my laptop is a hybrid drive that has been giving me so much trouble lately. Whenever I try to move files from the drive to another location, the process just hangs for a few minutes before Windows tells me that the drive is no longer a valid location. I might be able to get a few files off if I'm lucky before it stops working, but basically, Windows doesn't see the drive anymore. Not in File Explorer, not in Device Manager, or anywhere it might appear. I have to shut down the system and reboot just to see the drive again IF I'm lucky. Can someone figure out what might be going on here I probably have a dying drive, honestly and offer suggestions as to how I can get this stuff off my drive so I don't have to use it anymore?

I have about 538mb of unrecognized files my memory card and I've been trying to manage these files on my PC but the problem is I can't find those unrecognized files anywhere can anyone help what can I do our what should I do

how to copy files from the CD to the Computer drive

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.
