Windows 10: Hyper-V app not starting with Windows 10 automatically

How can i automatically launch Hyper-V on Logon of Windows 10 ?I have shortcut in start, yet the application doesn't start, it just silently fails with no on screen errorAfter checking shortcut properties i may have found the reason:%windir%\System32\mmc.exe "%windir%\System32\virtmgmt.mscMMC cannot start as it starts with login anyway, so i think the whole thing fails or something..I tried deleting the mmc part and leaving the virtmgmt.msc, applying, and restart but still does not work.... Yet if i browse to system32 location i and double click virtmgmt.msc and Hyer-V opens..I also tried look

Where is the Hyper V Manager, How to I start it ?

I am trying to setup an XP virtual Machine on Windows 10 Pro.

I followed the steps in Neil Peterson article of 5/9/2016.

System Requirements - done - ok

Install Hyper-V - done - ok

Create a Virtual Switch - skip

Create a Virtual Machine

Create a Virtual Machine with Hyper-V Manager

These steps walk through how to manually create a virtual machine and deploy an operating system to this virtual machine.

Uhhhhhhhhh - this step obviously implies one knows

1) Where the Hyper-V Manager is

2) How to start the Hyper-V Manager

Isn't that odd ?

 

Firmware update or hyper-v causes automatic repair loop everytime
