Windows 10: Hyper V cannot connect to local machine

I've had this issue for a while now, Im running windows 10 pro with the hyper v package enabled, but any time I boot up the manager it isnt able to connect to my local machine. Ive uninstalled and removed the hyper v files numerous times, checked to see if vmcompute is running, enabled the windows security override option Control Flow Guard but still, no fix for this issue. Physical Machine not connected to Hyper-V systems

Hello Guys

I have setup a lab on one standalone machine for Microsoft sccm. My base machine is having Windows 10 OS and not connected to outside Network. In Windows 10 Hyper-V i have build my Test DC with DHCP, SCCM Core server and two test machines.

My Hyper-v machines are communicating well with each other but not all Hyper-V machines not connecting to Physical Machine and Physical machine not connected to Hyper-V machines.

I choose Default switch with Connection Type Internal Network. Just need solution for Physical Machine should communicate with Hyper-V machines

 

Where is the Hyper V Manager, How to I start it ?

I am trying to setup an XP virtual Machine on Windows 10 Pro.

I followed the steps in Neil Peterson article of 5/9/2016.

System Requirements - done - ok

Install Hyper-V - done - ok

Create a Virtual Switch - skip

Create a Virtual Machine

Create a Virtual Machine with Hyper-V Manager

These steps walk through how to manually create a virtual machine and deploy an operating system to this virtual machine.

Uhhhhhhhhh - this step obviously implies one knows

1) Where the Hyper-V Manager is

2) How to start the Hyper-V Manager

Isn't that odd ?

 

Physical Machine not connected to Hyper-V systems

I am have connected my Physical machine in outside network. I cannot use my Physical machine NIC card to communicate with Hyper-V machines. Hence i am trying to connected Physical machine with Hyper-v through Virtual LAN.
