Windows 10: hyper v devices are not connecting or communicating with each other

I have created two VM on my Hyper V for lab set up named as A and BBoth are having windows 10 OS, connected to private switch.IP addressing for A is 172.16.0.1for B 172.16.0.2but I can't ping from A to B or B to A, there is no connectivity between them, any solutions

How to disable Hyper-V?

How to disable Hyper-V

1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
