Hyper V generic Error

Hyper V quick create leads to a generic error. I had a vm installed but this failed and now I cannot recreate one. How do I fix this?

 

Issue with Generation 2 Hyper-V machines

Thank you for your response. Regarding the issue, I have tried all the listed options (although I am curious to know how I could use a VMDK disk in Hyper-V). In the meantime, I have tried to install Hyper-V on my personal PC for testing, but I am encountering the same problem. I attempted to update the PC and Hyper-V, but without success. Unfortunately, I cannot use generation 1 machines because the disks are only compatible with those of generation 2. Moreover, I would prefer to consider disk downgrade as a last resort.
