Windows 10: Hyper-v not working

I've enabled Hyper-V, but after rebooting and launching the app, my PC doesn't appear in the left sidebar. In YouTube tutorials, it shows up, but mine doesn’t. I've checked the services, and they are running, so I'm not sure how to fix this.

1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
