Windows 10: Hyper-V trying to enable Hyper-V for a normal users in AD but we found an issue

Hello Microsoft supportWe have issues with Hyper-V on Windows 11 still works only with laptop manual baseline, Auto pilot still has permission issues.We already did and the solution to add a user to the Hyper-V Administrators group does not workAfter testing many ways, we suspect this is an issue due to the expiration date of Microsoft Corporation Certificate Information expiration.UAC policy prevents normal users to use Hyper-v but support users and local admins can use it.

That's the problem that I cannot find Hyper-V in Windows Features list, hence I am not able to turn it on or off.

Hi,

Hyper-V has a dependency on your System supporting and having enabled Hardware support for Virtualisation. Because of how allocates system resources to a VM directly rather than the simulated approach of a normal VM program. This is typically listed as either
"Virtualization" or "Intel Virtualization Technology" please check this is enabled in your BIOS.

Without it, even if it has been enabled through Windows Hyper-V won't properly activate as it isn't supported.
