    Hyper-V VM Boot Issue on Surface Pro


    Hi,I am using a Surface Pro 11th edition running Windows 11 Pro and attempting to create a virtual machine using Hyper-V. However, when booting from the Windows ISO file downloaded directly from the Microsoft website, the expected message, "Press any key to boot from CD/DVD," does not appear, as shown in the attached screenshot.I’ve tested the same ISO image on another laptop, and it works without any issues.Your prompt assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.Regards,

    Cannot copy and paste into Hyper-V VM

    I cannot copy and paste anything into a Hyper-V Window 10 Pro VM. Not text. Not files.

    I have made sure that the Guest Services was checking in the VM settings and that Use enhanced session mode is check in Hyper-V Settings.

    Hyper-V VM Boot Issue on Surface Pro

    Unable to Import a Hyper-V VM

    I built a VM using

    Hyper-V Manager: 10.0.26200.5001

    Mangement Consol 3.0

    Version 24H2 (OS Build 26200.5001)

    I am unable to import it onto another system with:

    Hyper-V Manager: 10.0.22621.1

    Management Console 3.0

    Version 23H2 (OS Build 22635.3566)

    When I navigate to the folder with the VM, it show no VMs available.

    Is there a way to import the VM built using the newer Hyper-V manager version into the older Hyper-V manager? If not, how do I update the Hyper-V Manager to the same version as the version of Hyper-V Manager that I built the VMs with?
