Windows 10: Hyper-V, Windows hypervision platform and virtualization technology is completely missing...

Hyper-V, Windows hypervision platform and virtualization technology is completely missing in windows features. How can I get them back? Please help

Importing Virtual PC -> Hyper V

Thank you. I followed the instructions below, and when I go to hit the action menu to install Integration services, of course, there is no such option under the Action Menu. The instructions seem so simple but I'm still missing something...

Step 4: Install or upgrade integration services

Hyper-V includes a software package for supported guest operating systems that improves integration between the physical computer and the virtual machine. This package is referred to as integration services. To learn more, see Integration
Services.

This step can't be automated or done within a Windows PowerShell session.

To install integration services

  Open Hyper-V Manager. From the Server Manager Tools menu, click Hyper-V Manager.

  Connect to the virtual machine. Right-click the name of the virtual machine and click Connect.

  From the Action menu of Virtual Machine Connection, click Insert Integration Services Setup Disk. This action loads the setup disk in the virtual DVD drive. Depending on the guest operating system installed, you may
  need to start the installation manually.
  
• 
  After the installation finishes, all integration services are available for use.
  

 

Feature "Hyper-V Platform" missing in Win 10 Pro

I upgraded from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro. But the “Hyper-V Platform” feature is missing in my Win 10!
Intel Processer Identification Utility checked everything OK for the virtualization technology. Is it due to my upgrade from Win 7 Pro?

 

Hyper-V and Intel Virtualization

I am running Windows 10 (build 16299) on a Dell XPS 15 9550. When I enable the Intel virtualization technology and install
Hyper-V the laptop blue screens on startup every time. The only way to recover it is to disable the Intel VT in the BIOS. I can then start the machine but can't use Hyper-V as it needs the Intel
VT. I can then uninstall Hyper-V and re-enable Intel VT and everything is still fine. What I can't do is use both, which I need to do.

I've seen a few suggestions, but none of them work. The only suggestion I haven't tried is removing my virus checker, which simply isn't an option.

Can anyone help?
