    Hyperlinks no longer working in Outlook 2013 - organizational policies error msg


    All of a sudden I am receiving an error when trying to open a hyperlink in Outlook 2013. "Your organization's policies are preventing us from opening the link. Contact your help desk." I am a retired lady no longer associated with my company. Have been using Office 2013 for years. Have tried multiple troubleshooting tips including adjusting values in registery. Changing default browsers. Reinstalling Chrome. Windows features. Nothing works. IE was recently uninstalled. Could this issue be related to the uninstall? I understand IE is no longer being supported. I cannot uninstall or repair Outlo

    All of a sudden I am receiving an error when trying to open a hyperlink in Outlook 2013. "Your organization's policies are preventing us from opening the link. Contact your help desk." I am a retired lady no longer associated with my company. Have been using Office 2013 for years.

    Have tried multiple troubleshooting tips including adjusting values in registery. Changing default browsers. Reinstalling Chrome. Windows features.

    Nothing works. IE was recently uninstalled. Could this issue be related to the uninstall? I understand IE is no longer being supported. I cannot uninstall or repair Outlook or IE. There is also an intermittent issue with receiving emails from Gmail which had previously been working fine. Any ideas welcome. Thank you!

    Also why are Edge and Windows 10 options NOT on drop down menus below?
