Windows 10: Hyperlinks not working

Hyperlinks not working.

Receive message "Operations has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on the computer".

Google Chrome is my default for browser.

Shows in apps for default browser and email.

I do not have Internet Explorer App showing anywhere, and this gets mention in all the web sites I have looked at for fixing this problem.

• Do you have Internet Explorer set as a default program?
• Do you face the issue only with the hyperlinks from an email?
• On which email application do you face this issue?

We would suggest you to copy the hyperlink or use an hyperlink from a wordpad and check if you face the same issue.

Support for hyperlink formatting has been added to the Calendar app Version 17.8241.41275.0. To check the version of your Calendar app, click the Gear icon to access
Settings, then click About. If you don't have the most recent version, we suggest that you update it through the Store app. To do this, follow these steps:

• Click Start.
• Choose the Store app.
• Click your profile picture near the search bar.
• Choose Downloads and Updates.
• Click Check for Updates.
• Install the latest updates for the Mail and Calendar app (these two apps are bundled together).
  

Let us know if hyperlinks work properly after installing the latest updates.
