    "our organization policies are preventing us from completing this action for you" while accessing mail

    Hello someone in this crazy world of ours!

    A relative of mine sends me almost daily the news articles from the French newspaper "Le Figaro" - though most of the articles are about France and the European Community, there are several articles such as on health and on art that really do interest me...
    politics is not really important for me as I can't change the way the world has turned out to be: CRAZY!

    Anyway, these past few days, 3 or 4 I would say, as I look at the headlines of articles and one article seems to interests me, I click on the headline and usually I get the whole article to read (there are very interesting articles about health and education
    that I like to read)... well, now a small window comes up entitled 'MICROSOFT OUTLOOK" and it reads: << Your organization policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more information please contact your help desk. >>

    1) I do not understand what the "organization" Microsoft Outlook is talking about as I DO NOT BELONG TO ANY ORGANIZATION! and

    2) What is the HELP DESK mentioned? How do I contact this place?

    Egad, Windows XP was so nice to use to navigate and do what I usually do, actually I got used to Windows 7 until Windows 10 came aboard and really fouls up everything, it seems!

    So if a good soul reads this query, I certainly would appreciate to see an answer... and in advance I wish you wonderful year end holidays, health and hopefully peace!

    Hyperlinks in outlook will not open

    There seem to be many posts with problems in this area, but I have not seen an answer that I can understand and which seems to address my particular problem. i am using Windows 10 with Outlook 2013 and Firefox as my web browser. When i try to open hyperlinks
    I receive the error message "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk". In Default Apps within Settings it shows that Firefox is my default web browser. I have read
    answers about the possibility of previous browsers noty being fully deselected as defaults. I did change from Firefox to Edge briefly a few months ago (due to issues with Firefox) but found Edge even worse so changed back. I will be grateful for any suggestions
    as it is really tedious having to copy and paste URLs!

    all hyperlinks stopped working

    further to my original note i get the message. your organisations policies are preventing us from completing this action

    for you. for more info please contact your help desk. i have no help desk. this a personal computer. if both files are open already i CAN use the hyperlink to switch between them
