Windows 10: Hypervisor watchdog timeout

Microsoft Edge 3 problems. Typing is very slow, system closes itself, restarts with Hyervisor watchdog timeout.

Windows 10 Error: "HYPERVISOR WATCHDOG TIMEOUT"

I have been getting this lately with increasing frequency. This now has a very specific (repeatable) pattern.

When: This happens when the system is not in use. It usually happens within 10 mins of inactivity.

What: System freezes on the current screen. When you return to the PC, you will not be able to move the mouse. When you press any key on the keyboard, i get the blue screen with the code "HYPERVISOR WATCHDOG TIMEOUT"

What did i try:

• Disable any sort of screen saver activity
• Disable all power saving settings (set to high performance)
• Set HDD to never sleep
• Set monitor to never sleep
• At last, I reinstalled windows

I do have a screen shot, but i don't see an option to upload that. I can duplicate this issue anytime. I am willing to provide more details from the environment and also work with any developers, if needed.
