Windows 10: HypeShift to write capital letters through fn, how to put?

There is such a keyboard as the Razer Chroma Cynosa, and there is a HyperShift system, it allows you to write capital letters through fn, even more than capital letters. How exactly they look in the image is visible.


Is it possible to somehow make such a theme on an ordinary laptop?

A laptop: Asus x540ubr

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro build 2004

Bring back capital letters!

I am quite sure the settings maze is going to be completely redesigned in Windows 10. ;-)

Capital letters in begining of a word

Hi

In some apllications, like the standard Windows e-mail app in Win 10 and some web forms I get a capital letter in begining of a word. How to solve? (For instance it works fine when writing here, but onnce I start typing in the e-mail app it is like this:
"Just testing the Capital letter problem and it seems to continue even " Here the C in the 4. word came automatically)
