I did both steps above, STILL, no Bluetooth. Have I mentioned that I ABHOR Windows 10??

 

How can I move system or program files to an external drive, so I can start getting Windows updates?

Thanks so much for your detailed reply. I will follow these steps. I have always liked HP computers, but I abhor this model, and cannot fathom why they have made it so difficult. I can't even replace the hard drive. There is no way to do it. I took it
to Office Depot and they tried, but to no avail.

 

Why?

I am so fed up with Windows. I am so tired of everything you do. Your very presence is sour in my mouth. I abhor one drive, I abhor windows 10, I abhor edge, I abhor everything thing that windows has become. But I don't have an option because Apple is
even worse than you. I just wish there was another option for my computing needs that, doesn't require me to take extra steps to do simple things (Linux), doesn't make me enraged and hate using a computer (Windows), and isn't associated with a fermented seed
(Apple). Windows does not care about its users because you keep pushing things that we don't want. Give me an OS that doesn't have all of this extra that I don't want, a strong capable OS that can process what I need, without constantly backing up my files
somewhere, making me take extra lengths to not use programs that are uncapable, a search bar that doesn't search the web, but my computer, making a computer OS look to much like a mobile application instead of a computing device. I want a computer, not a tablet,
cellphone and computer 3 way that made a baby, and gave birth to windows 10. Trust me if there was another viable choice I would take it, but for now, I am just sick of you. And I know, Windows wont do a thing, because you all do not care.
