Windows 10: I accidentally bricked my laptop.

    I accidentally bricked my laptop.


    I accidentally bricked my laptop. It was running slow and taking forever to boot. I went through msconfig several times and got fed-up and unchecked all of the startup services. No all I get is a black screen. I restarted it to the command prompt an was able to start msconfig but it gave me a notice that I was not authorized and stopped right there. I have tried using a restore point but that didn't help, it just loops at that point. BTW, I tried booting in safe mode but no luck. Any ideas of how to fix this?

    gpu bios update failed, gpu bricked

    I would suggest a cheap pci card and ensure you use the correct path where the bricked card is so you dont accidentally flash the pci card
