Hello! I am hoping someone can please help me. I was working on a word document and accidentally clicked on immersive reader, not knowing what it actually was. It changed my whole formatting in my word documents. I Googled and watched some Youtube videos on how to delete it. It's saying to type Immersive Reader in the tool bar, go to my settings/apps and delete it from there and saying how easy it is to get rid of. When I do all this, it's like it doesn't even exist, yet it does because it altered everything in my documents. Does anyone have an idea how to reset this back to the default? I thought it was only in relation to word but apparently it has to do with the whole windows thing?? I have windows 10 and I believe I have word 2019, 32-bit when I look in my account, if this makes any sense.
Please help, I would really appreciate it!

Can't open immersive reader in OneNote for Windows 10

Whenever I click the "immersive reader" button in the OneNote app for Windows 10, I get the following error message:

"Cannot open the Learning Tools Immersive Reader

Please close this page and try launching the Immersive Reader again

I have tried removing and reinstalling the OneNote app via powershell. No good. I can't seem to find a single other person having this issue. Any suggestions?

Conflict with the Learning Tools settings is one of the possible reasons why you are having an error message when clicking the Immersive Reader button in the OneNote app. We suggest that you try to troubleshoot the issue by following the steps on this

link.

If the issue exists, kindly try to uninstall and reinstall the Learning Tools on your computer.

Folder Freeze when trying to click on a Word Document. HELP

Hi there,

I came across a very weird bug/issue.

Use Case

Step 1: Create a word document on Desktop and name it TestFreeze

Step 2: Test that you can open the word document and write something like 'Testing freeze folder' ->save it

Step 3: Create a folder on Desktop and name it FreezeMe

Step 4: Copy 'TestFreeze' document in the 'FreezeMe' folder

Step 5: Open the 'FreezeMe' folder and select/click 'TestFreeze' document

Result: Folder Not Responding

Additional Information

I have run some tests and it does not matter:

• if it is a new or old Microsoft word file
• if the document has content in it or not
• if it has a long/short name or special characters
• it does not matter the folder or the name of the folder in which you put the file in

I also tried with an excel file and seems that I do not experience the same issue.

Microsoft version: 16.0.9330.2073

Windows version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134 with all updates up to date
