Windows 10: I accidentally clicked on not saving a file in paint 3d, is there a way to recover it?

Discus and support I accidentally clicked on not saving a file in paint 3d, is there a way to recover it? in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I would also like to know were do backups of paint 3d are in my pc, because it doesn't appear in my saved projects in paint 3d...     I accidentally clicked on not saving a file in paint 3d, is there a way to recover it?


    I would also like to know were do backups of paint 3d are in my pc, because it doesn't appear in my saved projects in paint 3d

    An accidental paint 3D project deletion

    So... not so long ago I've accidentally deleted my Paint 3D project, and been looking for ways to recover the project. I would like to know if it is even possible to recover it. I'm open to suggestions and quite desperate to get it back, if you know anyway to recover said project please type out you're suggestions/ideas I will be very greatful.

    Paint 3D and save as video option

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    You may try the steps listed below and check if it works:

    Run App troubleshooter


    Reset Paint 3D app:

    • Open ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update and Security’.
    • Click on ‘Apps’ and choose ‘Apps and features’.
    • Locate the ‘Paint 3D’ app and click on it.
    • Select ‘Advanced options’ and choose ‘Reset’.
    • Wait for the reset to complete.
    • Close settings, launch ‘Paint 3D’ and try saving now.
