Windows 10: I accidentally delete my account or something?

So I tried to login to another Microsoft account I have that has some purchases on it. But when I tried to sign in it gave me a verification code so I used it and now I can't sign in? I don't know how to fix this and I can't contact support specifically because it tells me the account doesn't exist.

Accidentally Deleted Administrator Account

I was fed up having to log in a password every time I had to enter my laptop. So I followed some online tutorial and ended up deleting some user accounts on my laptop. I think I accidentally deleted a lot of user profile! I still have to log in with a password to enter my laptop but I have no admin account *Sad

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings

  Press Windows

  Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, select

  Type net user and hit Enter
  to list the user accounts on your device.

  Type net user "User account”
  /delete and hit Enter to delete the user account.
  

Step 3: Steps to Delete a User Account in Run command.
