Windows 10: I accidentally deleted multiple Visual C++ Redisibutables, how do I redownload them?

I want to know where I can go to download them, and most importantly how do I know which ones do I need.

I have 2015-2019, and also 2013. But do not have anything besides that.

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.
