heyy, I was having issues with my bluetooth so I tried following a tutorial for fixing it which said to delete the driver for the adapter, restart and that'd bring it back, then if that didn't work to scan for device changes which I did but the bluetooth driver is still not coming back and now when I run the bluetooth troubleshooter it says this device has no bluetooth capability

I accidentally deleted Bluetooth adapter from device manager. Now I can't use Bluetooth in my PC. It is also not showing Bluetooth settings in PC settings.

Please Help!

I suggest you to follow the below steps to scan for the hardware changes in the Device Manager and check if the Bluetooth driver appears in the Device Manager:

1. Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.

2. Right click your computer name in Device Manager and click Scan for hardware changes. Device manager scans your system and automatically reinstalls the deleted device.

Promate Bluetooth™ 4.0 USB Adapter !

Hello Everyone

I have just bought the above mentioned bluetooth adapter but unfortunately cant manage to connect my bluetooth headset with it (does not find the device in pairing mode, keeps searching)! I have downloaded and installed the latest driver for this device from the promate website. Any suggestions?
