Windows 10: I accidentally deleted my realtek speaker

I have an ASUS Vivobook S 14 Flip TP3402, and the audio stopped working randomly. I tried troubleshooting and it said it detected an issue with the audio that it could not fix. I tried to follow some youtube tutorials and noting fixed it, then suddenly it said I had no audio device and my realtek speaker was just gone. I googled it and tried going onto the asus website and put in my device info to redownload the driver, and it downloaded successfully but when I go to open the audio app it says cannot connect to rpc service. My audio settings still say no output devices found. I do not know w

Accidentally Deleted Default Speaker Device

I accidentally deleted my default speaker device when changing the settings with my XBOX Headset.

Problem: Now my default device is XBOX Headset, and only my left laptop speaker works.

When I plug in an analog 3.5mm headset, it still calls the headset XBOX Headset. Headset and microphone still work (both L/R speakers)

Laptop is an ASUS GL502VM.

So far I have tried:

1) Restarting Computer

2) Viewing Hidden/Disabled Devices

3) Opening Realtek and going through all setting configurations

4) Updating the Realtek Drivers

5) Deleting and uninstalling the driver from the device manager

6) Restarting the computer

7) Re-installing the Realtek Driver

8) Troubleshooting Sound Problems

 

What should I do if I accidentally delete Realtek?

please help (realtek R speaker problem)

i have been going nuts trying to fix this.

my laptop speaker has not worked and I have tried all the following steps:

1. reinstall audio drive
   
2. update to the latest audio driver
   
3. rollback audio driver
   
4. tested different sound formats
   
5. checked to see if realtek r is set to default
   
6. checked to see if realtek r sound was enabled
   
7. checked to see if the sound was muted
   
8. troubleshooting
   
9. turning off audio enhancements
   
10. restarting.
    

this has been a small problem, from time to time the speakers might work, but a lot of the time it doesn't.

when I try to play a game or watch a youtube video, there is no sound, yet the speaker icon depicts that it is fine.

when I use the settings to test sound, the sound bar shows that there is sound but there is no sound coming from the speakers, I don't

know if this is a hardware problem, but I have tried researching and nothing has worked.

if you think there is a solution, please help.
