Windows 10: i accidentally deleted PackageVolumes

so i deleted windows app from drive E and then i could not download apps from microsoft store was getting error 0x8000000e in store and it goes in loop of install dorwload and error. then i saw search for that and then i saw there was two keys in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Appx\PackageVolumes then i thought idk which i got to delete so i deleted whole packagevolume thinking it would appear again but it didnt and now i cant able to open microsft store again it just closes on start.

Deleted a packagevolume by accident

So i deleted one of the 2 packagevolume keys. This was the C disc one and since then apps stopped opening. How do i get it back and/or create it?

Printer accidentally deleted

I accidentally deleted my printer on hp laptop windows 10 and now it does not show up in the list of printers to reconnect
