Windows 10: I accidentally deleted some files...Did I cause any problems ?

I don't remember exactly what I deleted, but I think I accidentally deleted C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\* and then restored them from Recycle Bin...Did I screw something up ? Any way to make sure things work properly ?

The question now is: How exactly did you perform this uninstallation process? Which files or folders did you delete?

About drive letter X: - you are in Windows Repair Mode. Drive X: is a virtual drive that disappears the moment you leave this mode.
