Windows 10: I accidentally disabled all Microsoft services in system config and now I can’t log in

I was trying to do a clean boot up. I have tried every solution on the internet and nothing worked for me.

Disabled services in system config, cannot log into windows

I disabled services in system config due to a suggestion I saw to help my PC run quicker. It had me restart my PC after doing so and since then I can no longer log in, it only prompts with "Something happened to your PIN" and if I try to reset the PIN nothing happens. I tried reseting but the boot menu has no such option any more. I am completely stumped as I can not even log into my account to open settings or anything.

 

Accidentally disabled Microsoft services and now I can't log in

The Sims 4 (opened on Origin) wasn't starting up so I tried disabling services to reboot my comp for a "clean boot" but accidentally disabled all my Microsoft services and now my comp won't accept any of my passwords. When I
try to troubleshoot it, it either doesn't work or just restarts. Nothing I've tried has worked.

 

Disable System Restore


Hi,
I need to do the following tasks in the System Restore:

1. Set Max Usage = 0
2. Delete all restore points
3. Disable System Restore

Should be using Command Line.
1st and 2nd step I've no any idea how to do.
For 3rd step:

net stop srservice
sc config srservice start=disabled
REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore" /V "DisableSR" /T REG_DWORD /D 1 /F
REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SystemRestore" /V "DisableSR" /T REG_DWORD /D 1 /F

although srservice does not work on Win10 :: The service name is invalid.

This one I also found but does not work:
