Windows 10: I accidentally disabled msconfig and am no longer able to sign in with pin. What should I do?

I can send pictures if neededI held shift while restarting to get to safe mode and I have tried to trouble shoot going to my local disk C but I can not open it and it doesn’t says storage being used. So I haven’t able to go to system32>config>SAM. I’m begging for help.

I accidentally disabled all msconfig and now can't log-in

So I accidentally just disabled all services in msconfig and now I'm not able to log in it stuck in the lock screen. There is only 2 option for login with PIN or fingerprint.

Unfortunately, both options won't be able to use due to biometric fingerprints having been disabled, the PIN has to be set new and I'm not able to connect to the internet.

Also, a fast startup boot might be enabled which also I can not go to BIOS

Is there any way to fix it?

 

Disable Sign In PIN

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, if you want to disable Windows 10 PIN sign in option, you can do it in this way.

Step 1: Press Windows and R key on the keyboard and enter gpedit.msc on Run open box. Then, press Enter or click the OK button to access Local Group Policy Editor.

Step 2: In this interface, access Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Systems > Logon > Turn on PIN sign-in.

Step 3: Double click Turn on PIN sign-in, and set this option to Disabled. Then click OK and Apply button. After that, the PIN sign in option is disabled.

You can also disable PIN using registry. Try these steps:

1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
3. Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 0.
4. Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
