I was copying a folder full of video clips from my HDD to a USB drive and mistakenly dropped it into a folder called WpSystem. Just a bad aim, I guess. Now I can't move it back, I can't open it and hovering over it is saying that the folder is empty. The message says the 'location is unavailable' and that the security ID structure is invalid. It has gone from its original location on my HDD. And is sitting in WpSystem but I just can't do anything with it.What can I do, please?

    :)

    Hidden folders

I installed `Kane and Lynch` on my PC twice in Program Files(x86) folder but I can`t find them (2 folders with game). But free space on my HDD is lower. So there`re those folders on my hdd. I use option `unhide` hidden folders but still can`t find them. Any suggestions? How can i delete those hidden folders?

When I run istallation for this game I can see those folders in Program Files(x86) folde.

    I`m using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Accidentally dropped file in WPSystem folder on Windows 10 and it stucked

I accidentally dropped a file at D:\WpSystem at my Windows 10 and now I can't take it out of there. Tried to copy, move, binary reading and no success. Any interaction attempt gets the message: "The security ID structure is invalid".

At file properties the security tab only shows the saying: "The requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed".

How can I recover my file?
