Windows 10: i accidentally got a virus that messed up some of my system files

my windows security service is missing windows defender doesn't work reset this pc too and the only restore point i have is when the problem is already there when i try to do an ESD-ISO install it takes for lever or gets stuck on 14% plz anyone can help +windows upadte is kinda brokenedit"""_so i got a virus a long ago didn't know it was a one untill the powershell command window annoyed me evertime it pops up on startup with addres coming from users\local\appdata\windowsupateservice somethinga long ago whenever i open my windows defender i get a black screen and on the startup i get a securit

Virus file problem

1) The virus is in a protected system file.
2) The system restore files are protected and remain resident untill you disable the system restore.
3) They are deleted during a reboot.
4) You may then re-enable system restore.
5) POW!!!

but i would suggest a full system reinstall i dont mess with virus wipe the drive reformat reinstall and dont fall for it again *Toast :toast:
