Windows 10: I accidentally moved 2 folders into each other and they just vanished from existence. where...

As the title says, I moved 2 folders into each other and they vanished. I searched all over my computer but I can't find them. If someone knows were they went help would be much appreciated.

Accidentally moved My Documents folder

Hello. I accidentally moved My Documents folder from its default location. I was able to move it back as shown online by restoring the folder back to its default location. However My Documents folder ended up in another My Documents folder as a sub folder.
Here is what it looks like: C:\Users\riven8half\Documents\Documents. I find not way of moving the folder up one level to where it belongs. The folder works as it is just not where it is suppose to be. When I
check on the Locations tab it shows: C:\Users\riven8half\Documents. It is like the upper level folder name does not exist but it does. Please help.

Moving to Folders

Let's work on this. You can follow the steps provided below to help move photos and videos on a new folder:

• Swipe left and select File Explorer app.
• Choose the folder where the photos and videos are saved.
• Select the items you want to move.
• Press the Move button.
  
• You can create a New folder by pressing the Ellipsis (. . .) button or you can press the
  Up button located at the right side corner of the screen to move the items to an existing folder.
  
• Tap Check or Done button when finished.
