Windows 10: I accidentally powered off my computer during a factory reset

I have a power cord with a little switch to turn off the power and when moving it I accidentally switched it off while my computer Lenovo legion T5 was factory resetting. Now whenever I turn on my pc, the monitors turn on but don't connect to the pc and just kinda alternate between turning on and off saying "DVI no signal" and I can't do anything with my pc. I genuinely can't access it at all and I'm wondering if I completely broke the pc.

I don't know what a 'hard reset' is - that's not a defined term.

I do know what a 'factory reset' is - that's where you return your computer to exactly the way it was when it left the factory, hence the name. After a factory reset, your computer will be as it was when you first received it, and when you press the 'power'
button, your computer will setup all over again, exactly like it did the very first time you pressed the 'power' button.

If you want to perform a factory reset, you'll have to go to the manufacturer's website for instructions. There you will find detailed, step by step directions for your particular model. Microsoft does not have these instructions, since Microsoft doesn't
know what other software was installed at the factory, and how the manufacturer setup the computer at the factory.

That depends on what you mean by "factory reset."

The term traditionally means restoring your computer to the way it was when it left the factory (hence the name.) After a factory reset, you computer will be exactly the same as it was when you pressed the Power button for the first time.

If that's what you mean, you can find detailed instructions on the computer manufacturer's website. It's a manufacturer-designed procedure, not something that comes from Microsoft, and it doesn't take long at all. Just follow the directions, step-by-step
and you'll be fine.
