    I accidentally purchased Microsoft Office Home 365


    I accidentally purchased Microsoft Office Home 365 I signed up for free trial but it didn't download properly so I thought it did not work today I received an email saying I have been charged ‪ 1,499.00‬ EGP to purchase it.




    I want refund as i don't want Microsoft Office Home 365 and also I have not got the product and do not want to download it. I have cancelled recurring payments but I would like a refund of money already taken and I don't see the refund option.


    Please do refund my money
