I accidentally removed administrator options and now can't do anything.

I attempted to clean up my computer as it had a lot of space taken up and I didn't know where it all came from. Upon deleting I needed "permission" and accidentally deleted my own permissions. I am facing a variety of issues. I tried to reset my computer as I couldn't access any files and my apps were deleted, that didn't work. I tried using cmd and typing in codes, I got only errors. I then got a black screen with a cursor when logging in. I tried to fix that problem, it didn't work. I tried "Uninstall latest updates", it said "we ran into a problem." I have tried much more solutions I saw fr

  2. Accidental administrator removal, one account helppppppp

Can anybody give me a very basic step by step guide as to how I return administrative rights back to my account after I've accidentally removed them. Im very poor with computers and It's the only account on my laptop so every time I try to follow tutorials
to restore rights back to my account it doesn't give me the option to. I removed them by holding down the windows button and R before typing netplwiz and following the menus to the point where it gave me the choice. Please help me I was trying to find a way
to fix a MSO2087 auto correct error every time I opened Word 2013 and have seriously messed up. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me.

Got the laptop. It's a Lenovo G500 so possibly has Lenovo stuff in the way? Anyway, booted it normally and it opens into a regular account without admin privileges. Rebooted it into Recovery mode (per Option 5) and get Lenovo logo and Preparing Automatic Repair message; then Select Account + "You need to sign in as an administrator to continue but there aren't any administrator accounts on this PC". There is an option "Forgot your password or don't see your account?" but selecting that brings up a screen which should list admin accounts but there aren't any. Pressing the only option on that page Restart leads eventually to a BSOD with Stop code: 0xc00002e3 (which I know is misconfigured o/s or missing or damaged system files).

Can anybody suggest next steps in resolving this?

Upgrade to Windows 10 removed administrator account named "Administrator"

    Hi Lonna,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    1) Currently are on Windows 7 or Windows 10?

    2) If you are on Windows 7, are you able to see the "Administrator" account in the PC?

If you are on Windows 10, try to follow the below steps and check.

I suggest you to perform Safe Mode with Networking and check if you’re able to login using your Microsoft account.

    Method 1: Safe mode.

    Please follow below steps:

      • Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
Shift key and click on Restart.

      • Click on Troubleshoot.

      • Click on Advanced options.

      • Click on Startup Settings.

      • Click on Restart.

      • Login to Microsoft Account and create a new administrator account.
If you’re not able to login using Microsoft account then refer to below steps and check if it helps.

    Method 2:
    Activate Inbuilt Administrator Account.

    Follow the below steps:

      • Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
Shift key and click on Restart.

      • Click on Troubleshoot.

      • Click on Advanced options.

      • Click on Command Prompt and enter following command.

        net user Administrator /active:yes
Now reboot your system and login to inbuilt admin account and try to reset password for other account. Once you reset password login to other account and to deactivate inbuilt admin account enter following command in elevated command prompt.

    net user Administrator /active:no

Hope these information helps, please get back to us for future support, we’ll be glad to assist you further.

    Thank you.
