Windows 10: i accidentally shorted my audio pin im py pc now no sound is coming.Now can someone tell me...

Well i was fixing my speaker and after i was dont i plug my audio cable in and well 2 sparks showed and my pc turned off then i resterted it now i have no audio.Though audio can come when i use bluetooth dongle.Please help me

This issue can be due to several reasons. Let's get your audio and sound issue sorted, we suggest that you follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Select Sound.
• Go to Communications tab.
• Click Do nothing.
• Chose Apply and Ok.

Random audio stuttering and mouse freezing

I installed the realtek audio driver already. Im not sure why it says that.
