Windows 10: I accidentally unlinked my microsoft account from my laptop, does that remove any data?

So I accidentally unlinked the account I use for everything from my laptop, that account was the one I used to log in to access all my files. Does unlinking it remove any data or by simply logging in again do I recover all of it?

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

I have several laptop's and desktop that ive logged my Microsoft account onto and I was recently going to sell one of my laptops and without being on the laptop that needed to be removed I accidentally remove the wrong laptop from my Microsoft
