    I accidentily delited a lot of files and they didn't appear in my trash bin. why is that?


    I accidentily selected multiple files from my computer. I started panicking because one of them was a drawing that I spent 10+ hours on. I then remembered that I could get it back from the trash bin but when I looked there were no files in it. I then restarted my PC but there still was nothing in there. I procceded to search for it but I still couldn't find it. Is my file lost forever?

    Trash Bin Disappearence

    I tried your suggestion and it did not work right away. However, I kept at it and the trash bin finally appeared. I cannot tell you exactly what I did. Trash bin is back.

    Hi Ramesh,

    I tried all the things you suggested but found I couldn't bring back my trash bin. In the end I decided to do a system restore and this time I took it back quite a way. Happily I have to say my trash bin appeared. So I guess if all else fails a system
    restore is the answer.

    My Trash Bin icon has disappeared from my desktop. I have gone through the "Settings...etc" but with not luck. Any suggestions?
