Windows 10: I Accidently Deleted windows update manager

So yesterday I was scanning through Malwarebytes and I deleted everything on the list. I saw windows update manager and said that I thought that was a virus because I had this virus on my old pc the virus is gone and sometimes viruses disguises themselves as Windows Files and hide themselves so I deleted Windows Update manager the real one and I do not know how to get it back so please help me.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1:

  Press Crtl + alt + Delete key on your keyboard to open task manager.
  
• 
  Cancel the Windows Update task form the task manager.
  

Step 2:

  Run Windows Update Troubleshooter. Click this

Vista Pre-SP1 vs. Vista SP1

I've been Windows Updating for two straight days and I finally saw SP1. If you want to troubleshoot it, follow these steps:

• Show hidden updates
• Manually install any failed updates (google the KB_____ and install from the windows site)
• Make sure everything in Device Manager is good to go

I had to do step two for like 4 or 5 updates to be able to see SP1.

Any other benchmarks you guys want to see? I might try PCMark05 (I think it works on Vista).

 

GAH! accidently deleted a user account

its gone. not there at all.

i was deleting another old account that was no longer being used and somehow both got deleted.

i did it from the users and groups management panel in computer management.
