Discus and support I added my son to my account, creating a family account in the process, now he is in it and... in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I cant do anything on my kids computer because my son in a family account as a member with me. but when i access my family theres showing nobody in it....     I cant do anything on my kids computer because my son in a family account as a member with me. but when i access my family theres showing nobody in it. and when i try and invite my son to my family, she fails to join because on his end it says that he not an organizer and so he cant add people to the family. i need someone to remove him from whatever he's in so i can add him. ive spoken to a support agent, they said ask a question here to get help. I' ve called the number they said they dont help people anymore and offered to send me a text with the web site to ask the guys who said they could
