Windows 10: I already own a copy of minecraft on my ipad and i have heard that i can redeem a copy of...

So a couple years ago i got minecraft on my ipad but i need it on my PC because my ipad has a habit of crashing. I was hopeless first as Im broke until i learnt that you could redeem a copy of bedrock on pc if you own Minecraft pocket and i need some help doing that as five hours in i couldn't get it.Im using windows 11 as the processor on my PC and i fear it might only work on windows 10

I can't redeem my copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition

My Minecraft launcher says I can redeem a copy of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I bought minecraft in 2014.

I speak spanish, but basically here says that because I have a copy of java edition, I'm going to get Minecraft Bedrock for Windows, as a gift.

Unable to redeem a free copy of "minecraft for windows 10"

So, as the subject says, i get this error when i try to redeem my free copy:

Is this a bug or really they are out of stock?
