    I already own Minecraft on my tab in play store, I paid some 600 rupees for it. But do I need to buy it again to play it in my windows 10 pc. Because it shows you have to buy it in ms store.

    There should be no difference between Minecraft purchased from the Microsoft Store and Mojang website as they are cross-platform play compatible. You can join/invite people in a Realm as long as they are also listed as Xbox Live friends.
