Windows 10: I also, am trying to find a way to find a way to lodge a complaint about Microsoft's...

I tried several times to install Office 365 and kept getting various errors. Contacted Support and eventually got a tier 1 support person who was very polite and helpful but could not solve the issue, so he created a case number for me and supposedly escalated to tier 2. I never heard back from Microsoft about my case and have no idea on even how to follow up with it. After several hours of research I was able to manipulate the registry and solve the issue myself. Very disappointed in Microsoft's customer service. If anyone knows how to get real help from Microsoft I would love to hear it.

Does anybody know how to contact Microsoft to lodge an official complaint?

I've spent countless hours on this forum the last few years trying to find bug fixes for the worst OS ever made, windows 10,and every time I fix them a new update will reset all my hard work and I end up with a broken computer again. I do not wish to list
all my problems here, no longer will I wait for you embittered unpaid volunteers to frustratingly offer non-solution after non-solution.

All I wish for this christmas is to make a formal complaint about this broken product and broken company which is obviously not acting within consumer law. Unfortunately, it seems like I must move heaven and earth to find any kind of customer service/complaints
number.

I will find the time soon to contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission about you false promises, broken products and completely inadequate services.

First I thought I'd join the many others who turned up nothing after googling for anywhere to lodge a complaint. If I can't make a complaint through microsoft I will take the money I was saving for a new computer and spend it on a lawyer instead.

 

How do I contact microsoft about a complaint?

After a windows 10 update, my office 365 outlook app malfunctioned. I tried the support contact listed with the app. If was clear after 6 hours and 3 different tech over the phone, that they had no idea how to fix the issue. Not only that but new issues
arose as the result of their attempts. Original issues were quickly resolved through an outside computer tech company who are used to fixing problems after a windows 10 update push. But Microsoft is handling this new issue through electronic communication.
It is clear that it won't get resolved this way.

Someone suggested Microsoft.com/support as a way to file a complaint. This is for software complaints and suggestions, all electronic. I need a place to register a complaint about departments and maybe get some real help.

 

I require an email address to make a complaint to microsoft

I have been trying for weeks to obtain an email address to lodge a complaint regarding a microsoft download of a faulty Windows 10 programme.

Anyone with an address please reply.
