Windows 10: I am 73 and technically challenged I need to speak to someone regarding Microsoft fraud on...

I have been scammed by a Microsoft technical person. I am getting very confused with the technology and need to be able to speak to someone in order to straighten us out but I cannot find a number where I can actually speak to someone. That is ridiculous. There must be a customer service area regarding fraud if someone can give me a phone number where I can actually try to get this straight I would really appreciate it. I'm 73 years old and living on social security I needed this like a hole in the head, someone please try to help me
