I weirdly feel good to tell you that I actually get excited when I hear or see a PC update, particularly if it's a cumulative update and will need a restart, I get excited for new features and provide feedback. I already joined Bing Insider, Windows Insider, plus I've ran into far less Computer Crashes, never into higher CPU usage issues, but several WiFi issues (which probably are not MS faults). I think the people who are complaining about many issues with Windows 10 maybe because they don't update their laptop.

PS: Maybe MS can design sorta silent updating system in future. Also, I would love if MS can slowly but surely move most of regular or most used desktop apps on their Store. Updating them would be much less of hassle now, and maybe introduce Install-as-Admin mode in MS store?

Is MS reconciling with the PC Gaming Community?

What !?? Games For Windows didn't prove to you that MS was serious about PC gaming? /sarc

Actions speak louder than words. So step up to the plate, Microsoft, or STFU.

    Unanswered MS Update Question

Hi Jennifer. Thanks for getting back to me.

I've taken 3 steps suggested by members.

1: Removed "Update other software" from the MS Updater page

2: Completely uninstalled MS Office 10 suite (my current) software and reinstalled it.

3: Did a RegEdit to scan for reference to MS Office 13 (none found).

    So, I'm stumped.

Keep in mind that this issue happens on a daily (not joking) basis.

Plus, the MS Office 13 updates are included in the regular updates I receive from MS.

ANYTHING you have in mind will be appreciated.

    Thanks again.

    A.

Is there a trojan csrss.exe? If so how do I eliminate it.

She has changed the Google password.

Do we change her Microsoft password using her pc using the following steps?

    • Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, and then click Change a password.
    • Type your old password followed by a new password as indicated, and then type the new password again to confirm it.
    • Press Enter.
