Windows 10: i am a student, and u guys charged my account 99.99 for microsoft when it should be free...

hello, i am a student and i was currently charged 99.99 for microsoft when it should be free, i have to contact my bank about this because when i signed up for it it said that it wouldnt charge my account due to me being a student.
