Windows 10: i am about 1 hour away from taking win11 back and buying a chromebook, win11 is a joke, unreal

thanks i'm not concerned about win10 the hard drive i would install into that HP 17.3 Model: 17-BY2053CL -- Intel i5-10th Gen Processor laptop has an activated account and when i was using that pc last year it had all the updates. but what i needed to know is if anyone happens to know if this pc HP 17.3 Model: 17-BY2053CL -- Intel i5-10th Gen Processor is win11 ready? i do not have it in my possession it is online for sale and is missing the hard drive but the listing claims it has memory but does not say how much. i did ask on the hp forums and all i get so far for answers are jokes. one person said get to just get it and find out. and a bunch of other stupid answers. but maybe someone will tell me that has a real answer. i may just get it and try. but i have to make sure it gets the security updates. there are tons of pcs now one ebay and not one is in that xda list. this one is not on that list, so that is why i asked. this one has some numbers on that xda list but not complete numbers. anyway because it is gen 10 i'm hoping it is able to run win11 and get the security and other updates. thanks

Has it ever had a Windows that was activated with a digital licence? If so then reinstalling Windows 10 will not entail buying another licence. You might have to experiment to find the answer. 1 Install Windows 10/11 Home, go online, wait for a few moments or a few hours or a few days [it is impossible to say in advance but it's commonly just a few moments] then check its activation status in Settings, [Win11 System / Win10 Updates], Activation. 2 Install Windows 10/11 Pro, go online, wait for a few moments or a few hours or a few days [it is impossible to say in advance but it's commonly just a few moments] then check its activation status in Settings, [Win11 System / Win10 Updates], Activation.Windows 10 shows the activation status in Settings, Updates, Activation. Win11 upgrade not coming

If you checked again my previous replies, you can see ASUS re-installed my new notebook a even newer Win10 Home installation. After this 2nd time installation, I only did these to the toy:

1. installed chrome
   
2. changed its display brightness
   
3. changed wallpaper
   

After your previous suggestion, the 1 month temp McAfee was gone.

I can't figure out why I can't upgrade to Win11 for such a new notebook. Newer notebook will come with Win11 natively
